The Platform is owned and operated by Surya Siksha And Jan Sahyog Sansthan, a registered NGO under the Society Registration Act 21, 1860 (Reg No. 1006, Dated 15-12-2006), having its registered office at Village & Post-Patti, Distt: Pratapgarh, U.P., India.

Refund & Donation Policy
- Donations once made are generally non-refundable.
- In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, refund requests must be made within 3 days.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment source.
- Tax exemption certificates (80G) will be issued as per the details provided during donation.
